Having had a Buffalo from the 1990’s which had served me well, but it was damaged so I decided to get a new one. Having looked at various designs of Buffalo I wasn’t sure. There were no stockists near me so I googled Buffalo the manufacturer. Turns out they were in Sheffield. We’re in Nottingham so decided to travel up to Sheffield to Buffalo then go walk in Derbyshire. I rang Buffalo and arranged to be there at 11.30 to see Jane. We got there on time and Jane sorted me out with a coat in my size then we added a hood. She was so lovely and Edd came out to help us. He’s a free style climber! WOW! He was so lovely and gave us a free wash proof. I’m so very chuffed with the service. I saw the work room where they make Buffalo jackets. They’re all hand stitched in a massive room and each and every one is quality checked. What a set up. Thoroughly recommend these jackets. Quality clothes and so warm. Thank you Buffalo x

Working outside on the farm everyday you need kit that's tough & warm but also breathe's as the work intensity level changes & then when it's filthy doesn't have fussy washing instructions. I'd argue there's only Buffalo Systems kit that can pull all that off. For years I've been putting their coats to the test everyday working out on the farm, truly superior outdoor kit. It's worth a trip to their Sheffield factory to visit the team.

AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! I couldn’t have asked for more!! I called down to the factory to have a look at a few jackets. Was met by Ed who was amazing great to chat to and ran through things in detail seeing what would work for me best. No pushy sales done, just great customer service! I am a bit of a kit pest and had a wide variety of jackets and tops and this is by far my favourite one! It covers all my needs and more! Couldn’t be more happy only thing I am disappointed with is that i didn’t but one sooner I will be back soon to get the mrs one! Thanks again pictures of it being used in the Atlas Mountains will be to follow soon.

Decided to drop by the factory whilst on route to Scotland to have a look at the ActiveLite Shirt. Just lovely service across the board, faultless and couldn’t do enough to help me. Didn’t have the size in the colour I was aiming for - but immediately sourced me one to be picked up at Chatsworth Estate (lovely folk up there as well). In summary - great people and great gear 😀😀

Fantastic clothing, always keeps me warm and comfortable! I have an Alpine Jacket and a Special 6. I practically lived in my 6 while working as an outdoor instructor. I've had my Alpine Jacket for nearly 8 years, not even a thread has come loose. Amazing!

The quality of their products speak for themselves, but I wanted to pay compliment to the exceptional service I received today when I walked in off the street. I came to have a look around their factory as I am a local to Sheffield. The chap who greeted me was very welcoming, and proceeded to help size me up, explained all the pros and cons of each product, let me try things on, helped me come to a reasoned decision. Really great service where plenty would have just turned me away. Couldn't be happier to purchase top quality and locally!

Ive had my special six shirt for 20 years now, i wear it almost daily in the winter and its still going strong. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buffalo. I'm fairly lazy so tend to use mine just standing around in the cold and its great.
