Buhler in itself is a successful company but the Buhler Sortex site is terrible. The manufacturing department is perhaps the most unethical workplace I've ever seen!
Highly political, no intention to work. It is full of old people working from paycheck to paycheck and a serious intention to stifle innovation and innovative personell.
If you are young and want to grow then DO NOT join this firm. If you are only bothered about a salary, however, you are safe working in this place.

In short, stay away! This place will suck the life out of you.
