I wasn't quite sure which product I needed, but they responded super quickly - and correctly. Slightly customised product arrived v quick and has worked a treat. Don't bother looking anywhere else if you want a cowl.

As part of restoring an ornamental chimney which serves as a boiler flue on an historic building, we needed a cowl more in keeping than the existing modern stainless top hat however none of the standard options available were suitable for this application.
