I was impressed in the way Matt dealt with my request to upgrade my IMac. He replied via email and phone giving me a step by step explanation of the pros and cons of upgrading. It was no brainer, the upgrade was done swiftly within the time period agreed and my computer is faster than ever. I am pleased I have gone down the route of upgrading as I have saved £s and would highly recommend Matt who is very knowledgeable and extremely professional as an IT expert. Thank you Matt.

I had a problem with my Outlook email app. The first IT specialist that I tried failed to resolve the problem. I rang Burntwood Computer Centre and Aaron carried out a remote session using Quick Assist. This meant me giving him access to my PC and it was amazing to watch him look through all the potential issues. He fixed the problem completely within 2 hours and at a very reasonable charge. I would highly recommend Aaron and Matt at BCS as quick to respond, extremely capable and very fair on cost.

Dropped my laptop off 4th July as I could not remember my windows password. Collected 5th July and was told that the hard drive was no good and I wouldn't be able to access my data. I was told that my laptop would have have to sent away and cost about £400. I remembered my password after I collected and logged on no problem and accessed my data. All is good. Cost me £45 for nothing...not a good experience. They did say I could knock the £45 off the cost of sending my laptop away....it could have cost me a lot of money for works not needed

Great service today! I had a faulty USB stick that started working when I took it into the shop. I felt confident that if there had been a problem, they would fix it. Delighted with the advice given and service provided with regards to my terminally slowing down home computer. After a speedy (24 hrs) assessment my options were clearly explained. I ended up with a refurbished secondhand replacement at relatively low cost, but performing great and fast! Will go back there again if needed!

Friendly, clear non-technical style, good comms - and did what they did, when they said they would do it, at the price they advised in advance. All good. Thanks.
Second time we used them, they worked long&hard to fix a stubborn Windows10 update problem, but pleasingly they again only charged the price advised in advance. However, although the in-store experience was again good, response from their 'support' email line has been less good when dealing with resulting queries.
