Hello. I need a problem sorting. I bought a bath from yourselves (Burtons grooming) on the 14th June, the money left my account on 16th June (BurtonsMedi).

After phone calls back and forth my bank is 100% confirmed the money has gone to you and I have proof e.g. reference codes, receipt numbers etc. But apparently my £480 has 'gone' well this is isnt acceptable.

I have been patient long enough and if this matter isn't solved with 48 hours I will need taking steps towards reporting the business, getting my money back & telling groomers to stay away.

Ombudsman will be in contact if it isnt sorted as well as my bank.
