Sharon and the team did a fabulous job with my van. End to end their service was excellent. These guys provide proper customer service and fantastic cages for your van. They even sorted out the sign wrap too.

Firstly I would like to say, Sharon was an absolute star. I told her what I needed. But then she had to go through my employer for the money. This was all handled smoothly and she even text me outside normal office hours. We put off getting new cages for some time, as we was worried about the van not being on the road. K9 cages really got us out of a pickle and lent us a curtesy van with everything we needed to keep our business moving until our van was back. They completed the work rather fast and the cages look great. The lads in the warehouse are polite and very professional. But also down to earth people that when you talk to them, feels like you've been mates for years. Do I recommend them? 110% yes. I feel they went above and beyond their call of duty. Keep up the great work guys.

Brilliant service from 1st enquiry to the finished article. They are all so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to accommodate my need for a wider door way for my blind boy and also so I could still access the entire rear. The dogs travel so much better now and I have my rear seat back. What an amazing company to deal with! Julie was our contact, she was helpful and efficient despite us keep adding to what we wanted ! Their customer service is pretty unbeatable i would say, keeping us updated on progress with photos etc. Not only have they made us the most beautiful cages, exactly what we asked for, but she also sourced some body kit for our van and that was also fitted by Burtons. Its seems that they can do pretty much whatever you ask for. It is refreshing to find a company that do what they say they are going to do, in the timescale they say they are going to do! Also a shoutout to the guys who do the fitting too. Steve spent ages with us discussing what we wanted and giving us ideas. Would absolutely 100% recommend them!

I bought a van from Burtons 3 years ago complete with fitted dog cages. I was so impressed with both their product and customer care that I approached them again with the view to obtaining a second hand, low mileage, VW Transporter and kitting it out to suit my needs. Julie Wright couldn't of been more helpful in all aspects of the task. She sought out a suitable vehicle, designed and gave advice on 'my requirements', and kept me fully updated on progress.
I picked up the vehicle this week. Julie gave a comprehensive handover, and has continued to be on the end of the phone/e-mail to answer any questions I still had.
I would definitely recommend Burtons Vehicle Systems Ltd to anyone who is looking for safely constructed, sturdy cages to transport their dogs.
