My last ever purchase from here.
The technician is rude and unprofessional.
Went in with a MacBook that I purchased from them not even two years ago as all my usb ports stopped working. I bought this particular MacBook as it had four usb c ports, which meant I would not have to buy a splitter to add more hardware.
Explained that this was the case and they said they would do a diagnostic and see if it could be fixed. I was called the next day and was told yeah we can fix it. So I said go ahead and do the work: Was then told to come and pick it up. They had managed to charge it. But instead of making all the ports work as they did before they took it upon themselves to make all four ports chargers and only one can read external drives and hardware. When I called and said the technician was unnecessarily rude. Told me that I didn’t need the other ports and that I could buy an adapter to fix the issue. When I said this wasn’t an ideal solution he then proceeded to tell me that if I don’t stop complaining the only solution was for me to bring it back and then undo everything they had done. Shouting at me down the phone and trying to talk over me. They made an error and I am left out of pocket. As a DJ needing reliable equipment is vital. So I wouldn’t buy from this place again. Most of the staff are trying to help. But the technician is far from helpful and extremely rude.

This shop sells fake products! I came into the store with the intention to buy genuine earphones, I picked the ones on my hand from display, went home and tried connecting it with my iPhone 14 Pro Max and it didn’t even work ! Asked for a refund and they refused. The advisor also told me it was fake apple earphones! Hence why it didn’t work on my phone. My question is why are they selling fake earphones and advertising it as if it’s genuine The ones in the glass cabinet are ‘real’ will be having a word with trading standard, I did get my refund at the end until i threatened them legally

Bought a Mac book pro at a computer fair and found out the screen has an issue had to take it all the way to Luton store once fixed still not 100%. First day of using the MacBook realised the battery is dead and had to post it back to get battery replaced. Got it back after a few weeks and now the machine shuts down atleast 3-4 times before I can log back in and the battery drains out in less than 2 hours. Finally the team resolved the issue by taking the laptop back and make a full refund.

Bought a phone from there which turned out faulty. Got an exchange to another phone that also turned out to have issues that made it impossible to use the phone. Got a refund of 70% of paid value after threatening with credit card claim. A lot of time wasted with this outlet.

Absolutely shocking customer service from the person who repairs the laptops.I’m surprised they’ve been allowed to be set up in the Mall. Guy was rude, took my laptop there to be repaired suggested I erase all the data in order to fix it. Took it somewhere else was a software problem, now fixed still have all my data and much cheaper. Avoid at all costs! Wouldn’t trust leaving my laptop there!

This guys don’t know what they are doing. They are fraudulent. I would never advise anyone to get any product from them. All items they sell is bad and likely to develop faults in a few days and when you take item back so they change it, they won’t change it. I am not only giving them a bad review, I’m taking this up to citizens advise to look into this matter.
