Ok, so truthfully a shaky start with a different member of the BWAR team which was soon sorted when Aaron took over our request for a brand new website to be built. Since then we haven’t looked back. Although we are not at all “technical” Aaron totally understood the brief, kept us informed at every step, advised us of things that would and wouldn’t work for us. Communication has been and still is excellent and we feel that we can pick the phone up with the simplest of questions to either Aaron or Sam. After a year of running the business I became worried of my website and its poor performance and visibility.
I found BWAR through other businesses in my industry and decided to see what they can offer. Shortly after I sent inquiry I received a phone call from Aaron.
First impressions was that they are pure professionals and Aaron advised to set up a meeting in person to discuss all my needs which I really liked. First meeting of around 1hour took place in their office and we went through all my and my business needs and it was clear that they wanted the best outcome possible and even other members of team joined the meeting to explain the steps and what we can expect.
I agreed for the work to be carried out and everything was smooth from start. They've done the initial work earlier than planned which was really what I needed due to critical state of the online business presence.

Aaron and his team are continuously doing an amazing work. Regular phone calls to keep me updated of changes and what the next steps are and if I approve them, discussions of what could be done and what would be the best to do in order to grow online presence to achieve set goals.
My first customers, without me asking, immediately commented how professional the website looks and it clearly shows what they wanted to see and that that is why decided to get in touch.

I cannot recommend BWAR enough, them taking over my website was one of the best decisions I've made for my business and I can now finally focus on my work knowing that my website is in good hands.

I was told about BWAR about 12 months ago when we were looking at having a website re-built, monitored and maintained. I was contacted by Aaron at BWAR who I can honestly say is the most professional "couldn't do enough for you" kind of guy. I've worked with BWAR over the past 12 months being promised this and promised that which you get when you take on a new contract with a company, BWAR have restored my faith in working with online marketing companies, everything they promised was done quickly, efficiently and was very affordable. What is brilliant about these guys is they just don't stop, they are always in touch giving me feedback about this and saying "can we try this new thing" and I always expect it to cost a little more, but it never does.
