The station uses APN which refuses fuel if their system believes the vehicle is not Tax or MOT, even when proven wrong the rude staff refuse to serve. Avoid at all costs.

I stopped here to get diesel. After paying I asked the staff if there were customer toilets and I was told there are none. I explained that I’m pregnant and could really do with them helping me out, in which she replied “the boss would not be happy, I cannot”. So this is a message to the boss - don’t scare your staff so much that they cannot make a humane empathic choice. I was instead told to drive 15 minutes to Banbury, and for anyone that’s been pregnant or has someone in their life that’s been pregnant, they’ll know that this is quite stressful and you cannot always wait. I also wondered what they’d do if a customer had a disability, sounds like they’d turn them away.
Terrible customer service.

This garage went above and beyond to help me when I broke down just outside, even going as far to drive to the next nearest garage themselves to find specific tools needed to fix the issue. Such kindness and fantastic customer service.

One of the cleanest forecourts I've ever seen. Shop well stocked. No ev charging at least not yet or toiletsbut a huge upgrade to the previous facility and no doubt we'll used too.

After not being able to pay because of a fraud alert on my account which I hadn’t been notified about. Explaining the situation politely and offering to pay by other means I was progressively treated like a criminal and expected ( more than expected to drive away without paying ) explaining to the owner that this was my regular petrol station and with both cars filling up at least once a week here I was hardly about to steal £15 pounds of fuel after ten years of being a loyal customer as I like to support the local community. With that “ you drive off my forecourt and I will call the police “ 10.15 pm in the evening everyone is asleep in my household and with small kids what was I to do , after demanding my £500 phone as security for £15 of fuel I eventually managed to leave the forecourt then moments later as promised pay for my fuel in cash .the arrogance of the manager and the manner of which I was treated means they have lost almost £600 a month in fuel and the odd piece of shopping as I will always ensure my fuel is bought elsewhere from today. If it was daytime I would have driven off home and returned without leaving my phone then the manager could have explained himself to the police for wasting there time

In response Simon you had been offered other solutions however nothing on my person or in my vehicle seemed to be of value to you other than my iPhone , which you wanted to sell on eBay the following day if i didn't return. So kindly do not suggest i wasn't being cooperative in anyway shape or form .

Completely unreliable...you look at the opening times and it says it's open until 22:00. Went there at 17:28 and was cloaed lights out and everything. Not the first time this happened either. It's nice to have a BP in the area but I'd rather not and fill up somewhere else if it's never open

Very popular petrol station.

The location is perfect as it's between Daventry and Banbury.
