I went to Byram for a medical product for which I had a prescription. My insurance assured me it would be covered in full, but Byram billed me for the full amount. It turns out they hadn't submitted the proper code for a prior authorization, but they refused to fix their error. They lied and told me that my insurance company had sent me a check to cover it (insurance confirmed they hadn't). They said the best they could do would be to submit it for review. Fast forward 13 months, and I just received another bill for the same amount. I wish I'd gone elsewhere. I don't recommend their services.

I was looking for a company that would be responsive to my medical needs. The company that I was with previously was an awesome company until they were taken over by a larger company. I stopped receiving my supplies. After running out of supplies, I researched companies that had great reviews. Byram looked promising. I called and actually spoke to a live customer service representative. They made the entire process of becoming a new customer very easy. The communication and follow up was second to none. I received my first order in less than two weeks, ( start to finish). So far, Byram has been great! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Byram.

Everything they had in stock came quicker than I ever would have expected!! The back ordered items took some time, and some work. Partly for my own ignorance, I'm brand new to all of this. Partly because of failed communication. As soon as they were aware of my problem, they talked me through everything I needed to do, and even sent supplies free of charge to get us by until the prescription got all worked out!! Great human beings working for a commendable company!!

It was Ok! This was my first time ordering, usually it would be taken care of by my home visiting nurse but now I had to do my first order myself.
The people answering the phones knew I needed their expertise on what I needed so they sent me samples or told me who to call ? to get and ask for products that may suit me better. The first order was bumpy but now I know what I need and even better they helped me figure it out, like what may be a better fit for me than what I think I needed....I'm very thankful for all the assistance that I gotten to date. It has made this time of having a Ostomy bag even better than it was when I was hospitalized because with Byram help I can order before things run out. So Thanxxx Byram you guys made it a lot easier for me.

The woman that helped was kind, courteous, so helpful. She went above and beyond to help me make my 1st order and also helped me to understand all that I could order for my child's needs. She explained how to order online and the process that I would need to do every month. Very pleased with my interactions. The products came so fast ! Very pleased overall ! Excellent customer service!

Took a long time to get a hold of someone to make my order. Once the order arrived I discovered they replaced 90% of what I ordered with another brand of product that didn't even work for me. There was no notice that any items were discontinued or out of stock. When I placed the order I was told everything was available. I had to go online and buy multiple items out of pocket in order to supply myself. Will be moving to another medical supplier.

I wish I could rate this horrible company in negatives! Good luck if you need medical supplies in any kind of reasonable time frame. We've been waiting for 2 weeks for ostomy supplies when we're set up with expedited delivery. Thank God, if we had to wait any longer we'd have to preorder 3 months in advance. I hope y'all get it together or go out of business to someone that can!!!!
