First pic is of Danara site. Was all supposed to be hot dip galv. Never was. Deliberatly not galvanised and patched with car body filler and cheep spray paint.

Juliet balconies fitted to springhead for countryside properties were never galv'd as per instryction from engineer!!
Same with roof terraces over at Ebbsfleet valley. Roof terrices and balconies all ungalvanised.

If you own any of these properties please have them tested.
Any of the galvanising companies or powdercoaters would be happy to help also trading standards.

Absolutely excellent job, Clive has been very accommodating and was happy to take on our job at short notice when we needed a welder at the eleventh hour. Superb repair job and could not recommend him more. Will definitely approach him again in future should we need him!
