Such an easy website. Ordered sample tiles. Arrived two days later. My favourite ones were at a ridiculous price as they were end of line(I can’t believe why as they are fabulous) ordered them straight away as I didn’t want to miss out on them. They arrived within a few days… what can I say? They are perfect. My bathroom looks fantastic. Thank you so much

We were happy with our tile order until our fitter came to use the tiles and found that the tiles were not a consistent size. Despite being the same tile style the two colours are different sizes.

I reached out to the company only to be told that this fell within industry standards and that they would not provide and assistance in this matter

If you are using different coloured tiles in your tiling scheme shop elsewhere.

Extremely poor service level including the worst customer service I have experienced. These guys are so pretentious, they are in Devizes you know, not Milan, presenting as a premium brand but lacking the class of the Tile Warehouse let alone an Italian atelier. Embarrassing. So many poor reviews about the same poor customer service, the same broken tiles, the same poor delivery with insincere responses from the owner. I received 12% of my order in broken tiles and was then shown a lack of compassion and care when I alerted the company to it. I now don’t have enough tiles to complete my job and they won’t compensate me for the broken ones. Only 6 tiles, yes you heard right, only 6 tiles they need to give me but of course they won’t- they love terrible reviews that’s why so they would rather dream of looking after a customer and breaking their 3 day policy. This means I will have an unfinished piece of Ca Pietra tiling on my wall. I’m going to get topps tiles instead as they will be kind to me. Beyond disappointing. An absolute nightmare.

Unfortunately I never even got to order my tiles due to their lack of customer service and oversights of quality control. I ordered 6 tile samples and was sent the wrong colors. OVER 2 WEEKS AGO I requested the correct colors be sent and they have failed to respond to all 4 of my inquiry emails about the issue. So not only do I not have tiles, but my tiler has been delayed for the project AND they won't reply so I can get a refund on my order. Very sadly, If this is how they treat you prior to the order even being placed, I am not sure what quality service or products you would get after purchasing.

Still waiting on a refund - it has been three weeks now. The tiles are beautiful, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Despite chasing multiple times by phone and e-mail, and their website saying refunds will be processed within three days of receipt, I am still without my money. I don’t think I will use this company again. I don’t think it’s an acceptable way to operate in 2024.

Ordered samples of patterned tiles from Ca'Pietra and was really surprised at how different they were from the images. Colours are really faded (ok colours if you are looking for toned down, but very different to the website). And in a couple of samples you can see white lines in the pattern as if the printer was running out of ink, not at all the quality I was hoping for. Make sure you see examples in a show room if you are considering the patterned tiles.

We purchased Ca Pietra Provence floor tiles for our kitchen, orangery and utility room and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. We love the warm feeling that the variation in colour and pattern creates and they flow so well from room to room. Our tiler thought they were fantastic to lay and praised the quality. We’ve had many floor tiles over the years, but these are the best by far. Exceptional quality, thank you.

We chose the Avebury Ceramic tiles for our shower and were absolutely delighted with both the products and the service received. A special shout-out to Cheryl for helping me arrange collection of the tiles, which saved me some money, along with facilitating a return of those tiles that were surplus to requirements. All in all a most excellent experience and we'll be certain to look to Ca' Pietra for our tiling needs moving forward.
