I honestly cant find the words to describe this company other than they have been truly amazing, from the first phone call to the log cabin to the cabin arriving and being installed they have been fantastic, the two men who arrived to install the cabin, came early in the morning and finished this evening they did not stop, the worked extremely hard in this heat to make everything perfect. everything was installed perfectly. they even cut up the pallet the log cabin arrived on and stacked it neatly before they left. the gentleman who took our call when first purchasing the log cabin, he was very polite and friendly and called to check up on the process as we went on! Deffinetly recommend the company and will definitely come back if we ever needed another item from them. Outstanding service and fast delivery! Can’t fault the company in anyway! Thank you again. I am extremely pleased with my log cabin.
I went to a lot of places to look at cabins before choosing this particular company.
Now that the cabin has been delivered and erected the difference between my one and the others that I had been looking at is immense.
There were problems fitting it into a tight space but all these issues were all resolved quickly and professionally.
These cabins cost a little more than others on the market but as the old saying goes, 'You get what you pay for'.

Absolutely AMAZING service and quality of product from this company. Chadi (the owner) is a customer service expert who has dedicated his time to me, often out of normal hours to make sure our custom built cabin arrived on time. I opted to build the cabin myself and it went together like a dream. Make sure you have a 100% level base and you will have no problems with this at all. During the build, I thought there was a part missing. I called Cabins UK and they offered to send a team out the very next day to put it right. It turned out that there wasn't actually a part missing, just mislabelled, but their genuine offer to send out a team so quickly demonstrates their commitment to customer excellence. So refreshing to find a company that gets how to treat customers. Even the haulage firm that delivered the cabin were great. Very accommodating from start to finish. This cabin didn't even cost the earth compared to the likes of Costco and other cabin providers I had seen. Everyone has commented on how great the cabin looks. It really is a 1st class product. We had to wait 3 months for it to be made as a custom order, but I'd have waited 3 years if I had to.

I cannot thank Cabins UK enough. We will be recommending you to anyone and everyone that is interested or in need of a cabin.

There are log cabins and then there are Cabins UK log cabins. If you want the best you have to pay for it and Cabins UK are the best I have found. I did a lot of research before settling on CabinsUK and boy am I glad I did. If you find personal contact and service from the Managing Director of your supplier somehow unnerving, then Cabins UK are not for you, because that is what you will get. Don’t be put off by the fact that this company is small enough to care, because they sure deliver on quality and service. No, they don’t have an automatic website where you enter your credit card details for several thousand pounds and hope for the best, they deal direct, send you a good old fashioned invoice and you pay by bank transfer. A few years ago that was standard business practice and it holds no worries for me. At every step of the process the company has been helpful, responsive and professional. Every single promise made has been kept, and the communication has been first class. I needed a few modifications to the standard design, which were no problem and the Company was even able to make some changes to help me keep within my budget. The Cabin was delivered last Friday, on exactly the day we agreed. The delivery company and Cabins UK clearly have worked together for quite some time as the driver was extremely familiar with what he was doing. And unlike other companies I have used, it was not just “I only deliver to the curb, mate” - the driver backed is lorry up into some stinging nettles behind my house so that he could crane the pallet exactly into position close to the assembly site. If I had any doubts on the quality of the cabin, they ended right there. I could tell, just from how the pallet was packed, that this was a quality product. And sure enough, as promised on Sunday morning installers arrived and set to work. They unpacked the cabin, assembled it and departed 2 days later, leaving the site spotless. Watching them work was a joy, they knew exactly what they were doing, didn’t stop for breaks and did a thoroughly professional job. When they had finished, they showed me over the cabin, explained how the doors and windows worked, and did not leave until I was fully satisfied. The Cabin is beautifully finished inside and out, the attention to detail in the design and execution is first class. Everything is solid and sturdy, every joint is sealed, there are architraves and skirting, beautifully mitered in the corners and the whole cabin is completely wind and weather proof. I can not recommend this company highly enough and would welcome anyone to come and see my cabin for themselves if you are in any doubt. This was a big investment for us, and we could not be happier with our purchase and the whole experience. Cabin arrived 2 weeks early. Service has been excellent from start to finish. The build quality is fantastic, great instructions, and had it installed and waterproof in 3 days. Highly recommend this company for its professionalism and high class product.

If you are looking to a Log Cabin, STOP and call these guys. From start to finish the process was easy. We had a made to measure Cabin, delivered and installed, top quality. Also nothing too much trouble when it came to protecting the Wood, great advise given.

Spent a lot of time doing research for our cabin - metal, wood, plastic etc - and settled on Cabins UK. Really pleased we did. Chadi was a pleasure to deal with, accommodating our last minute size change, and delivering on time. Darius and friend were very professional fitters, polite, on time and did a great job. We have followed Chadi’s guidance on treating the cabin, and look forward to enjoying it over the summers to come.

All started of well, went to view a constructed cabin at the owners home address which showed trust which is a rarity these days. Was impressed by the cabin and quality so decided to go ahead and place an order for 2 x 4mtrx4mtr cabins to be delivered and installed within the next 8 weeks. Initial deposit was £1000 paid into the company account, no problem there, THEN IT ALL STARTED. Was then told that the remainding £7k was needed prior to delivery...."erm not really comfortable with that what if you go bust?".."weve been around years and are the biggest etc etc etc" long story short paid the remainder and was just so glad when i saw them arrive at the alloted time, however we had big problems with the build quality!!! Hinges for doors and windows were fixed wrong way round resulting in doors falling off and breaking (one narrowly missing my 2yr old) cabin frames splitting and warping as no expansion joint was put in plus a whole host of other issues. I contacted the owner of cabins uk Chadi to hopefully resolve the matter amicably but was told that it would cost be a further £1000 or so to now rectify. I explained that this was unacceptable and I would have to take the matter to the claims court, he then told me "sorry but the cabin was installed when i was a sole trader trading as cabins uk, ive now filed for an IVA so im no longer responsible so the courts cant do anything" but hold on a minute your still trading are you not?" .."Yes but now as cabinsukltd, so its a different company and a limited company not a sole trader and technically i dont have to legally deal with any issues from my time as a sole trader" To say i feel totally ripped of and scammed is an understatement and I would avoid this man and his company at all costs. I also have a surveyors report to back up my statement.
