Absolutely brilliant customer service from the team at Cadnam Garage. I took my car in this morning for it's Service & MOT. So now all the work has been done & finished including a couple of defects. They have fully explained the condition of my car including checks & tests that have been carried out. So this has given me full confidence for another year. Now I am no longer paying those inflated labour costs by the Main Dealers but still getting a very professional service.
I can honestly recommend Cadnam Garage & they are now my first choice for my car.

I took my car into this garage as I had a knocking noise on the rear suspension and I wanted an opinion of what needed to be repaired. Ten minutes to have a look but they have charged me £45. This is a rip off. I have used this garage before but will not be using them in the future. I went to another garage and they advised me for free. What ever has happened to customer service these days.

I Used this garage for the 1st time today for my MOT. I had made several enquiries within the area last Friday to see which garage could fit me in. This was the only one that actually called me back and booked me in for today. My car was ready in 1 hour and failed on 2 minor points which the garage fixed for free. I had been returning to my old garage since moving to this area 4 years ago but this will now be my go-to garage. Really happy with the service! Thank you.

They fixed a broken fuel pump in my BMW X5. It was ready for me the next day. They gave me a ride as I was without car and the final price was very fair. I would definitely recommend this garage.

Awful experience. Staff inside were rude and dismissive. Reception said that would call back with quotes for works but never did. Simple issues that most garages would resolve in an instant were just left. Only booked here because my local garage had no space, described this lot as “jobsworths” I can’t say I disagree at all. Never again.

I cannot thank this garage enough. Good honest garage!

Last week I suffered the misfortune of having a breakdown on the nearby A31. Having been towed to Cadnam garage by the AA and having to leave my car there. Mike and the team were extremely helpful and understanding and managed to fix the issue and get me back on the road in less than 24 hours.
