The staff goes above and beyond. Afjal is the best! Such a gentleman. The other servers work so hard to make your experience memorable. The food is so good. The mixed drinks, top notch. The deserts are incredible. English tea and a chocolate croissant to start your day, so great!

I had a wonderful experience at Caffè Concerto! The desserts here are not only beautifully presented but absolutely delicious. I tried this layered cake with rich, creamy filling and light, fluffy sponge — every bite was heavenly and perfectly balanced in sweetness.

A special mention to Afjal, who made our visit even more enjoyable. His warm, friendly service and attention to detail were fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, and his recommendations were spot on.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great coffee, amazing cakes, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was here today – Hurmen made me a delicious and flavorful strawberry lemonade. The atmosphere is fantastic, the music is great, and it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality food. The assistant managers Afjal , and Ioana B, were very attentive and kept checking in to make sure I was okay and everything was going well. I noticed they were equally attentive with all the customers and very dedicated. I’ll definitely come back – it’s a beautiful and well-kept restaurant. 🤗😁

I had a fantastic experience at Caffé Concerto! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Joaquin, who provided outstanding service—attentive, friendly, and truly exceptional. The other staff were also lovely, greeting guests with warm smiles that added to the inviting atmosphere.

The food arrived quickly, was freshly prepared, and served hot—absolutely delicious! The ambiance of the café was delightful, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal.

I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Caffé Concerto to anyone looking for excellent food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere!

We enjoyed our breakfast at Caffè Concerto; my partner opted for the Eggs Florentine, while I enjoyed the Salmon and Avocado Tartine. The toast was perfectly toasted so that it was too crunchy, the eggs were beautifully poached and runny and the coffees were served extra hot.

It's a bit expensive for what it is, but I suppose everything in London is, especially close to the tourist spots.

We ordered French toast, Ferrero cake and Italian breads. Only the cake was delicious whereas the others were just at or below the average. Drinks (Cafe latte, Americano and hot chocolate) were at the same level as the food (cafe latte served not warm). The prices are for sure too expensive - all over-valued. Atmosphere and presentation were good. Service was ok until they told us that one of our selection was not available after some time passed. Moreover, it was really disappointing to see one of their waiters bullied one of their waitresses in front or everyone. That waiter behaved aggressively to other customers, too. Overall, not a good experience at all at the heart of London.
