I hired Richard to serve a defendant in a small claim court case. The only time he answered his phone was to get my credit card but after that every time I called him I got his voice mail and he never returned my phone calls. He never served the paper work and I am considering filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and find another company to serve your paperwork.

I was having difficulty getting a defendant served, Sheriff made 4 attempts, a friend tried and failed. I called Richard on a Friday and on the following Monday received an email detailing the successful process service. This person was attempting very strongly to evade service so I consider CalProcess's service VERY rapid. I called other process servers, some tried to sell me a package at an hourly rate, others just seemed unprofessional or disinterested. Richard was very personable and I appreciate his service and will use it in the future if the need arises. Priced competitively and A+

BEWARE!!!!! I hired Richard to serve some family court documents. The only communication I got from him was to confirm my payment and he answered one phone call. I have been trying to reach him for weeks without any response. If he couldn’t serve the papers why not just tell me that and let me have my documents back so I can find an alternative way to have them served. Totally unreliable and unprofessional!

One star only because the guy answered his phone, dropped off my documents at his remote mailbox, a UPS store, paid the money electronically, and that's the last contact I ever had, phone calls go right to voicemail, no emails responded to no text messages responded to, a typical scam these days, so now I don't have my money or my documents
