Great cycle service from Simon, booked my electric bike in for its yearly service, really thorough and cleaned it which services at other business have never done. Fantastic team here. I have an e-bike and it developed an error. Although they were busy they plugged my bike in and got me up and running. In this day and age good customer service is hard to come by, but they are excellent. Also I hadn’t purchased from them, as I don’t live locally, but from my experience if you live local this is the place to go for great after sales service. Well done guys and thank you.

I Bought a brand new Specialized E bike from an on line retailer but noticed the front disc was rubbing and needed some adjustment. Phoned up Camber Cycle Works and spoke to Will. He advised me that the adjustment was a quick job and to just to pop in. I called in this morning Will had the bike up on the work station and had the adjustment done in minutes. I was very impressed with the level of service and will definitely return for any servicing work thats needed in the future.
I have to say that the workshop is well equipped with a selection of quality cycles for sale. The pricing for servicing and work looks really competitive and from experience the service is excellent. A great business to serve the Weymouth and surrounding area.

Ran into some trouble on a ride with the bike, rang up to ask if they could take a look at it. Super knowable chap met me, put the bike in the stand and immediately diagnosed the problem. Then very carefully fixed it. Ensured all was working correctly, very kindly didn’t charge me. I was able to continue my ride and made it the rings as originally planned. Thank you very much! Couldn’t recommend Camber Cycle works enough ☺️
