Very helpful staff, went above and beyond what I would expect. Great options for fabrics and type of futon, plus fast ordering and very good communication. They arranged and explained delivery process very quickly after the order, making sure the dates were good for us. I had an awful experience with Cambridge Futons and will never be buying from them again. I ordered a futon online which went mouldy about two weeks after it arrived - the mould exposure incurred made my partner and I ill for weeks after. Customer service was appalling - I was given no reimbursement of any kind or help at all even though all care instructions had been followed carefully. I wouldn’t recommend any of these mattresses unfortunately. It is a shame because the premise is excellent, but they shouldn’t go mouldy after two weeks – especially with the ridiculous amount of money I spent and wasted on this. It’s shameful.
