Massive queue on road to get in to queue again once I got in. Understaffed and incapable of dealing with the volumes they have created. Over 4 hours to tip. Terrible- if they send me here again I'm calling in sick.

Slow slow and err slow. Was there for about 3 hours, and to top it off a first aider was very rude. Dont think he had heard of manners before and Probably thinking I wasn't English.

Needs more organisation there to be fair.

MAKE SURE YOU HAAVE A BREAK BEFORE ENTERING.

Must stop after security right turn and booking on you and your details ; then , office is in front green dors (and toilets ); the loading bays are straight on and on the left side , crew are professional and quick.

Awful place I was there a little early for my booking slot but that time came and went .. 5 hours to offload a container is truly shocking, if productivity was this poor in a company/department I was running I’d want to know why.
