I purchased 25 litres of ph neutral cherry snow foam off eBay on offer for £25.50 instead of £29.99 and I must say it's extremely good value and am very happy with it I only used 100ml in 500ml of warm water in my snow foam lance and it smells lovely and the foam is nice and thick it only costs 10pence per 100ml which is very cheap for a great product the only bad thing I can say is it did take a while to arrive in the post but it was worth the wait I have just ordered sum tar and glue remover from them on offer on eBay so hopefully it's as good as the snow foam

The worst experience I had with this company,
avoid in any cost I ordered 5x 25L tyre gel to try them, there was oki after I ordered another 25 while they were on offer, but they were not same, horrible, sticks to tyres like washing powder when it dries I had to ring many times and text them, email them. They still haven’t sorted the problem!

I'd wanted to try some Car Chem products for a while and thought I'd take advantage of the black friday deals. I placed my order but there was a problem, not really Car Chems fault but more with their website. I decided to drop them a friendly email to let them know but being a Sunday wasn't expecting a reply till Monday.
I was surprised to get a reply that same day from Lucy who within a few emails sorted the problem out.
Our own personal time away from work is very precious and for someone use that time to help others is so generous. Customer service on this level is priceless and I'm extremely grateful to Lucy who is a real asset to the company.

Paid extra for 48hr delivery, goods didn't arrive for a week so I complained and requested postage refund. They agreed to refund but it didn't materialise despite me chasing and being reassured they'd sort it.
The postage cost represented 38% of the cost of the product, which is a rip off anyway and then they failed to provide the service.

I have used these company many times. I love the product BUT and its a massive but the service is Horrendous It took over 20 days to get my order. Now I know there are strikes on but I have used other company's who use the same courier service and had them more or less the next day. They could of used other courier kept asking for updates with same reply . so people use the product but DON'T BUY FROM THEM Direct I was left very disappointed ?

I am very impressed and disappointed when I see so many positive recommendations from this company. I want to tell you what I thought was really a very good company, yes, it left me disappointed because I placed an order. The first time I bought and until today I did not receive the order I ordered on 13.09 .2020. I ordered Interior Clean for the 20L car, which some friends have told me is a good company and a high quality product and it will be better to work with this product. I paid a delivery fee which I ordered within 48 hours and to no avail. It hurts me more that I have to disappoint my clients and cancel all the things and services I offer for a few days and, of course, lose a penny that these days is very hard to earn. I tried to call the company directly. I was told that it would be clarified and the order would be sent as soon as possible. After a few days, he was still in the company on Friday morning between 9 and 10 o'clock. by the number of deliveries by mail, but unfortunately I did not receive anything.

There products are brilliant have bought the hydro seal,glass cleaner, tyre gel and shampoo as I said good stuff .was disappointed though as was hoping for free gift but didn't know how to do code but said in my notes I will take free product. Didn't get it and I phoned them only to be told I didn't put code in you would think if they where giving them away they would have put one in for good customer service. Maybe I will just try some other detailing firms try there products as there's loads out there now all wanting business .

Ordered some items during their black Friday sale. Have been using for a few weeks now and I must say their products are so easy to use and give great results. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
