Really first class considerate response from phoning for advice, quotes, queries and fitting.
George was very helpful from start to finish re fitting a reversing camera. Cannot speak highly enough of the way we were dealt with including tea and coffee on a very cold day !

If I could leave a negative I would never had such a bad experience in all my days
Booked to fit towbar and electrics (obviously) to a brand new car at the dealers before I collected it . Failed to turn up or make any contact as to why not.
Rebooked them to return to dealers to do the job had agreed turned up and fitted just the bar no electrics !!! No contact and in the process messed up my spare wheel dog guard and auto tail gate operation . All sorted by very good dealer not them .
Was given a load of excuses as to how there are no electrics available till next year and they had to put their kids to bed hence not informing us . I could go on but you get the gist
AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOT WORTH THE SPACE OR TIME

Booked 2 months in advance for dash cam to be fitted at my address. Missed their call this morning but I rang back within 10 minutes to be told the appointment was happening and the price (tried to charge more than the original quote). They didn't bother to turn up at all, and when I rang to ask where the fitter was, they claimed they could not contact him, even though i specifically asked them to contact his mobile, they refused. They claimed they could come tomorrow to fit dash cam, but I have booked with another place that will actually be reliable, not to mention less expensive. After 30 years of always using DCR, I will never go to them for anything again as they have gone massively downhill. All excuses and no service.

Can only reiterate the praise of others. We had a problem with our HYUNDAI radio/satnav unit (totally dead!) and feared having to replace it at great expense but Car Radios Dorchester investigated, solved it and our radio/satnav is now working perfectly And their bill was very reasonable too. Thank you! No hesitation in leaving a 5-star review.
