Wrong order was sent. They rectified quickly sending new bags. Here is the bad bit, what I can only describe as harassment for the bags to be repacked and retuned or payment to be made for the wrong order. In my first email I explained I was in the middle of the house move so communication was slow… I received 16 calls in the space of a week and multiple emails! What is the need of this harassment over a £15 order which was your mistake? I wont be ordering again.

Second time of using unlike other bag suppliers you have more choices of quantities rather than “minimum order of 1000” easy to use and the bags are idea for my Clothing Shop

Spent over £2,000 for 13,000 bags for my shop. The problems started when I was given the confirmed date of delivery of 2-week lead time. These did not arrive on the specified date and when asked about the delay, they said the bags were already dispatched. Gave them a chance to deliver the goods but a week later, still no bags. When queried via email, they said the bags hadn't been made and blamed their supplier!!! I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Lo and behold, instead of getting a refund, they delivered the bags when I didn't want them anymore. What choice did I have but to use these? After starting to use the bags, we found that the seams were not joined on the sides and were tearing easily. When mentioned this, the company wanted me to go through all the 13000 bags and count the broken ones. Who has time to go through 13000 bags as a busy business owner? Months later, the bags continue to tear at the seams, the ink is faded on 1 side and the material easily tears resulting in us binning the poor ones and using 2 bags for each customer, creating waste and costing us money. Very frustrating product and company to deal with. They only deserve a poor rating and I pity all their future customers who will be sold by their marketing.
