I have ordered a few times through Caterbox and have always found their products of a very high standard, and their customer service is excellent, I had some issues with one delivery (as I had the address slightly wrong!) and the lovely Emma went above and beyond to make sure it arrived safely for me. WOW impressive customer service! I wanted my order by a certain day so discussed the likelihood of Caterbox getting it to me on time.
I was told it would arrive on the day I wanted and it did! My items arrived when the text said they were being delivered; literally to the minute. Emma was amazing answering a chat query about which size box was right for my glasses and even followed up with a call! My event went smoothly as a result of my order which meant I could easily take wine glasses to and from the venue. Thank you Caterbox!

Caterbox make great storage boxes for glasses - sturdy but light. It is easy to work out which one you need from the website. They even do two different colours, so I can tell my wine glasses from my tumblers!

I had ordered several before and just needed one more. I was hoping to use it at an event, but it was taking a little longer than expected to arrive, so I emailed the company. Emma was very polite, apologetic and helpful, and made sure my box got to me in time even though it was such a small order.

Great products and excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service. Really good to be able to have a live chat with someone. They were really helpful and sorted out my order very efficiently. When I had to return an item, which was our mistake, they again were very quick to help and saved me so much time as they sent me the appropriate links and I didn't have to sift through lots of data.
