I had an issue with the air remote I purchased, I emailed customer services who responded immediately. As it turns out I purchased the wrong remote for my TV.
Customer service have sent me the replacement remote today along with a pre paid envelope so I can return the old one. I have to say this is a fantastic service not normally seen from most companies, I whole heartedly recommend Cello.

I have purchased 3 Cello 32ins televisions in the past year. The only problem I had to over come is that the remote, does not stand up to being sat on, as my mother trapped hers in a reclining chair, my neighbour sat on his. A quick phone call problem was solved, thank you Jayne, at Cello.
