Some of the staff have no manners, all too busy chatting on the headsets. Last week I went in and gave the girl £20 but found I had the £4.20 in change, so said I would give her the money as I have it in change she told me she couldnt take the £4.20 as it would unbalance the till!!!? Told her no it wouldn't and to give me the £20 note back and I would give her the correct money! Seriously ?.

I've been in today, was served by the bloke with long hair, he said the amount (they never say please anymore!). Paid, I said thank you and he didn't acknowledge me (didn't ask if I wanted a bag, my receipt, nothing) so after I was ignored, I shouted thank you! His response, looked up and said 'yep'. How ignorant and poorly trained!

Always pleasant, well stocked & organised to shop there. During Covid, the shop has been well equipped & I choose to shop there above the other Co-op in Bottesford. Having a carpark rather than parking on the road also is appreciative when food shopping. We'll done to the Manager& staff
