The warehouse manager went the extra mile a couple of times to sort out my delivery issues and made sure I received my item promptly. I've always had a prompt email reply and a solution when I contacted them.

Not a bad place once you get on the ramp they just get on with it pleasant lads. They do have to clear the warehouse first thing but he don't mess about on the fork lift. I was the first one in there it only took him half hour to sort it out so I could get in.
