Overall a reasonable post office, but they only seem to have one person serving at the counter; often there can be a queue of six or more customers stood waiting. The management should look at having two members of staff serving at the counters during the busy time periods

Great customer service and best management, the owner is amazing and she’s very polite and professional. Everyone who works there are polite and very professional.
I work cross the road and always going there and they’re very helpful.
The post office has improved a lot since she took over .

Amazing customer service always greeted respectfully and with a smile. Very helpful and quick service 10/10!! Always a pleasure. Lovely lady named Ashah always giving her best being ever so helpful. My favourite post office to use. I believe it’s under new management and the new lady owner is amazing helped me with a few forms too!

We took our children from St Herbert’s to the Post office to buy a stamp for their letter to Father Christmas. Ashah was so kind and patient with the children making the experience real for them. Lots of luck in your role you will and have been amazing love the children and staff from St Herbert’s reception class 👏👏👏

Opens at 08:30, but at 08:40 still stood waiting, shop in darkness, ask the man in the shop it's inside where they are, 'oh they come in different times every day' brilliant
