I ordered 6 jars for Christmas, 5 marmalade and 1 of strawberry. OMG, thought I had gone to heaven and back. Strawberry jam, I had not tasted anything like this for years. Was just like my Nan's. Absolutely amazing and delicious ?. Marmalade, beyond heaven.

The Cherry Tree were at Lincoln Xmas Market this year. I tried some samples of their chutneys which were very nice. I purchased: Caramelized Onion, Spicy Tomato & Caramelized Onion and Chili Jam.

We loved the look of the hampers and ordered one on the 13th April for our friends Anniversary fully expecting it to be delivered in a few days time. Well it actually arrived the next day. Our friends absolutely loved the hamper and said how well packaged and fresh everything looked. It’s a great choice of produce. Cheese, chutney and scones and cream. So different to just a cream tea. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. Thanks so much for such great service.

Ordered an afternoon tea package, weeks before requested, scheduled delivery for the Friday, thinking that’s fine as they must then just deliver Saturday if there’s an issue. Well NO! I was wrong and dispite me being in all day Friday, Parcelforce ( and not FedEx as it’s advertised) will only reattempt delivery mon-Friday. So if it arrives Monday, this would have been 4 days+ in transit. Cherry Tree need a much more reliable delivery method. Maybe FedEx (as you clearly state on the confirmation email) used other similar services fine in the past, can’t speak about the products themselves, but nearly all of it will have to be thrown out once and if it ever gets here. 0 stars if I could for this review.

Update, they have now resent the fresh goods the following day, but sadly it’s still after the fact and the lacklustre birthday present had done most of the damage by this point. Put to 2 stars now. You need a better handle on bank holiday delivery schedules!

First discovered Cherry Tree at the Edinburgh Christmas markets in 2018 and I've been hooked ever since. The spiced gooseberry and coriander chutney is maybe my favourite chutney on the planet! As someone who grew up eating only jam which had been made by my Grandad (and therefore being VERY picky about shop bought jams) I have to say their jams are also amazing.

I purchased a jar of Strawberry, Rhubarb & Vanilla jam and a jar of Caramelised Onion Chutney from the farm shop at Kirkharle House in Northumberland, they were both delicious.

Very tasty Preserves and well packaged. Always keeps fresh.
Would highly reccomend trying. Betha and Reecca in the customer service team are very helpful and friendly.
