Kath has been looking after 2 properties for me for over 5 years and is excellent. You only really get to know a company and what renting is like when you have problems with a tenant who is in difficulties. Kath went out of her way to support the tenant and me as a landlord.

Cheshire Housing Management offer a personal service and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They keep me informed and offer advice and solutions for all the minor issues that crop up from time to time. I feel like its a partnership and not just a source of income.

We have used Cheshire Housing since we bought our flat in Lymm in 2010. They have always been very professional but also have a very friendly outlook to their customers. Kath and Sue offer an excellent service, in my opinion and are able to support any prospective landlord through the whole rental process both before and after as well as provide excellent support during the length of the tenancy agreement. I would recommend them to anyone considering renting their property and they are very well known and supported with a good backteam of painters decorators, electricians, plumbers etc in the event of any unplanned events.
