Good view across the airfield .
this is no longer an RAF base but mainly smaller general aviation light aircraft and private jets which are no less exciting. the viewing spot is most welcome and appreciated by all that visit if taking photographs a 300-400 lens is needed.

Wonderful spot to stay and watch the flying for a couple of hours. Sadly, it seems to be used as a campsite for motorhomes, these days. There's only really space for three vehicles, so can't always fit on. A shame the local parish council can't do anything about it!!.
