Unable to extract key from door lock in the morning. Scott arrived mid afternoon and he was quick to successfully extract the lock and key together. He advised us to have a new lock fitted and the work was completed efficiently and at speed. Scott also went to the trouble of adjusting our door to fit better. He arrived back the next day with three more door keys as promised. Excellent service. Thank you.

Highly recommended. I called at around 23:00 last night after getting my key stuck in an Air B&B i was staying in. I spoke to ‘James’ and within 10/15 minutes he was with me. Super friendly, really made me feel comfortable and managed to get me back into the house really quickly. Would definitely recommend.

My house keys had been taken when my car was stolen so I needed to get my locks changed asap. James was very friendly, quick and professional. He upgraded my locks to a better system and even checked my back door lock for any signs of damage as well. Everything was well explained and the price I paid was the price quoted over the phone. Very pleased with this service.

Very happy customer. Terry came over today to see if he could get my Peugeot running again after anti theft warnings marooned me. Everything went smoothly, really nice chap and issue fixed as per the quoted price. Would highly recommend to all.

Excellent Service from George and Terry.

We have just purchased a house in Stockport and wanted the locks changing. I rang and spoke to George a few days before we moved in and he said just call back when we had moved in and he would arrange for the work to be done.
Terry arrived a couple of days later and not only changed the locks but transformed the doors by adjusting them etc.
Professional service completed at a good price by a very polite team.

We issued City Lock & Safe to replace the lock on our front door. James arrived and was extremely professional - he talked us through what he was doing, clearly explained the options available to us, and carried out the work quickly and efficiently (even tidying up after himself which not everyone does).

We are really really pleased with our new locks and would definitely use City Lock & Safe again in the future.

When you have any kind of lock difficulties I can recommend City lock and safe to sort it, both efficiently and at reasonable cost.
My issue was that I needed a new car key fob programming, and after managing to get an identical one off ebay, the team were happy to do this - My car sellers weren't - and wanted an astronomic amount for a new replacement fob and programming. - in addition I would have had to leave the car with them
Terry came over in his van today, as arranged, and effortlessly performed this task. So nice to have more than one key to the car now.
So nice also to have a team with such depth of knowledge, and good customer service - rarely am I so impressed in this country, where average seems the norm, and am delighted to give the team 5 stars !
