Visited Clacton hospital today for procedure for hubby so I waited in cafe and I have to say I was very much impressed. The cleanliness, friendly staff and overall environment is outstanding. Well done to the staff for maintaining this. Keep up the good work. You are all amazing

I had a MRI today at the Clacton diagnostic unit in Clacton hospital. I have to say how pleasant the staff were and how clean everything was. Definitely a nice visit even though I have major anxiety I was made to feel at ease. Everything was explained and it was done quickly and professionally. 5 star service. Thank you

Went to the urgent care and to X-ray, the staff in both departments were amazing, really made a bad situation feel better and saw me pretty quickly. Can't get over how great it was there: clean, happy and helpful

I had a mri scan on my head.
Fantastic service by all the staff.
Polite courteous and helpful to the patients.
My head scan took roughly 15 minutes.
They played relaxing music over their headphones.The noise from the mri drowned out the music.
The noise was like firing a machine gun.
Apart from that a very pleasant experience,mellow atmosphere.
Big thankyou to all the lovely staff.

October 2024, Went to the community part of the hospital, past the main entrance down to entrance 7, all new and shiny in there from a few years ago, very clean, reception and medical staff were lovely, waiting area was well lit airy and comfy

My son and I received exemplary service. The staff were kind, competent and efficient The buildings and equipment modern and well maintained. We were x-rayed, diagnosed, I had a plaster cast fitted and re x-rayed. There was hardly any waiting, we were only there about an hour. We could not have received a better service. Thank you so much

Took my daughter here for a suspected broken wrist.

Seen to quick and efficient was very impressed. Thought i was going to be there for hours was only there just over a hour.

Just got home after a scan in the radiology department. I would like to thank the two lovely ladies I saw there for seeing me early and for the care and sensitivity they showed.
