Nasty woman on ticket desk today. Husband lost his phone on the train last night. We called it and a driver answered, confirmed he had it in the drivers office at Clacton station. Went first thing on Sunday morning (13/10/2024). Told the woman on the desk a phone had been handed in by a driver. She spent some time rummaging in a box and checking computer logs then told me it wasn't there. I tried to explain to her it was in the drivers office - she said if it wasn't in the lost property box it wasn't at the station at all and we'd have to go away and come back another day. She was so rude about it. I asked her to be polite with me, but she kept interrupting what I was explaining to her - that it was in the drivers office. Practically hissing at me, she wouldn't hear it. I tried telling her once again the driver had it in their office but she just got so nasty telling me I was wrong and she was right. We drove all the way from Witham already, I wanted to pick up the phone we knew was there. So we went onto the platform, found the drivers office, knocked, and within seconds they handed over the phone. It was exactly where I told the woman it was but she was too aggrieved to actually check, and was going to wrongfully send us away out of some sense of stubborn pride.

This place is nothing like I expected, waited 7 hours and not one plane landed and no one was bothering to do anything about it.
Everyone just keep getting on and off trains and couldn't see the problem.
The runway was full of beams and tracks how are planes ment to land on that it's just stupid

The person who checks tickets claimed I had a child ticket when it very clearly stated adult on the ticket and I got it off of greater anglia website. What scam artists do you employ or are they all too thick to read it clearly says adult.
