I tried to purchase goods, I phoned and gave Mr Clarke my payment details however he failed to put them through and I was then asked for payment again a few days later, and told to check my card account if I disagreed .
Mr Clarke has no telephone manner nor a sense of humility when he gets things wrong. He would have made the sale if he apologised. I cannot turn business away when things are so difficult but it seems he can.

Don't bother ordering from here unless it's a big order they will just fob you off. Been using them for years and they just don't care any more about customer service. They use old catches and respring them then sell as new, rose gold chains are just plated yellow gold. Place is going down hill quicker than their attitude.
