If your organisation uses external venues, consider your local Village Hall. Our experience with Claypole Village Hall has been outstanding. The venue offers easy access, flexible space, a new kitchen, and advanced visual and sound systems. We've held two meetings there in the last five months, accommodating up to 40 people comfortably, with room for more. The feedback was exceptional each time with people commenting throughout the day about the history in the hall and the feel.

Such a beautiful hall! I visited this lovely hall last week to hold my Pop-up photoshoots in collaboration with Little City Lincolnshire's role play sessions and it couldn't have been more perfect. Gorgeous floors, access to sockets, easy parking and roller blinds/curtains to control the lighting.

We would highly recommend having your wedding/celebration/party at Claypole! Claire and Carrie were so accommodating and were willing to help answer any questions, no matter how small. They can also put you in touch with local suppliers if you need any help.

The day was perfect - the wedding hire package meant we had plenty of time to set up and pack down the items; all for a very reasonable price!

We attended a dance in the hall on Sunday afternoon. The place has been refurbished and the kitchen and toilets are beautiful. The building still has its beams and wooden floor. We were just a bit chilly, as it was around the time of storm Bert. Just take a cardigan!

The hall has recently been redecorated and is looking beautiful. The muted green really compliments the brickwork of the walls and the period of the building (an early 20th century Arts & Crafts style). Also the new dark green velvet stage curtain looks beautiful against the muted green. We hired the hall for our wedding reception- along with hiring furniture from a local supplier, draping fairy lights and home made bunting the space was transformed into a wedding venue (the beautiful backdrop of the new decor certainly helped!). Also- there is a huge amount of outdoor space that allowed us to have a bouncy castle for all the children who were attending the wedding (just be aware the space is not enclosed- it wraps around the front, so children would need to be monitored at all times). The people that run the hall are very friendly and reply to emails/messages promptly.

This is a fab venue and the people organising are professional and friendly. It’s perfect for weddings and parties and events. Very high standard of finish. New kitchen fully equipped and newly redecorated. We had a brilliant wedding and party. Thank you.

We attended Claypole village hall for a wedding, it is such a lovely hall in a beautiful position with plenty of parking and a large grass area. The hall itself was immaculately clean and really well maintained.

Wow! What a venue Claypole Village Hall is. We fell in love with the hall from the moment we saw it and knew it would be the perfect venue to our wedding celebration.

The venue itself needs very little as it is already so gorgeous - it has been lovingly restored and maintained by the most dedicated group of volunteers. With some of our decorations added, it was the perfect venue and completely exceeded our expectations. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful the venue is and we couldn’t agree more!

The CVH team are fantastic - some truly dedicated and passionate people all doing an amazing job to maintain such an important community space. No question was too much, they were so flexible and accommodating in doing what they could to make our day as easy as possible.

We couldn’t ask for a better venue. It made our special day so perfect. If you’re thinking about booking CVH for your event - this is your sign!
