Our new green house from Clearview was set up on Friday - we are really happy with it.
Spent a lot of time researching which greenhouse would suit us and look right in our garden.
In fact we started looking in lockdown just like everyone else but got put off by the 18months lead time some company’s were quoting.
So at the beginning of this year we started looking into it again and came across a small Clear view green house at a local garden centre.
We ordered the Hampshire 8x12 in Tai’s white and had the brick base built by our builder.
Tai the office manager managed our order from start to finish and was extremely helpful kept us informed and all dates we were given were stuck too.
The 2 fitters worked non stop to crack on and get the green house fitted on what was a really hot day.
We think the green house was really good value compared to other companies we looked at.
We’ve wanted a greenhouse for many years as keen gardeners we have horticultural backgrounds too so we really have done our homework on this, and although time can only tell how durable it will end up being as of our experience so far it’s a very happy purchase.

So pleased with our Clearview Greenhouse. Josh and Jay turned up nice and early as arranged and it was all in and done before we had finished breakfast! Luckily our bricklayer had built the wall exactly to size and it all fitted perfectly. Great quality greenhouse exactly as ordered. Thanks guys 👌🏻😀

I spent a long time researching and I went to view a sample at a local agent before placing an order. They were not the cheapest but Clearview seemed to suit my needs and were a good looking traditional style painted greenhouse, just what I wanted.
Sadly, I had trouble fairly soon after installation and following various complaints they refunded and collected the greenhouse almost a year to the day after it had arrived.
I was so disappointed because this had been a special treat to myself and then to lose it once it was full of seedlings added insult to injury. Although I offered them the opportunity to rectify the faults, once the refund was offered I had no hesitation in accepting it as I'd completely lost faith in this being a quality product.
Maybe I was just unlucky.
They've now said they are investigating some of the quality issues which should be reassurance for future customers.

This was our very first greenhouse and like most buyers spent a lot of time researching both product and company.

My experience with Clearview Garden Buildings from start to finish has been fabulous. Tai, the lady who I spoke to, was always extremely courteous and helpful, whether going through the different build options or discussing a change in spec.

The fitters arrived promptly, went straight to work and moved the greenhouse around exactly how I wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble.

Structure is sound, solid and looks great!

Highly recommend to anyone looking for their first, second or 50th greenhouse!

Waited over twenty weeks for delivery , was eagerly awaiting my first greenhouse. The fitters had a don't care attitude and the greenhouse beggared belief. The sides were green and the main body white. Looked ridiculous. The wood for the topsheslves was split. I contacted Tai who promised it would be sorted as soon as the weather permitted. Over four months later I'm still waiting and no response to my emails. He has admitted the unacceptable faults but clearly no intention of keeping to his word and fixing them. Only option now the legal route. Beware folks, I had bought on good reviews but that has not been my experience.
Update to my review 26.7.21. following this review the company has sent two men out who replaced the split upper shelf and repainted the green bits white ( the green still shows through a bit but is acceptable now) . The greenhouse now looks good and had this repair work been done earlier i wouldn't have needed to post the original review as the greenhouse now looks lovely and i love the self opening windows. I have upgraded the stars from 2 to 3 , the greenhouse is fine but the customer service let it down.

I am based in Northern Ireland and made many enquires to various companies locally. Price ranged for 10k to 40k for my requirements so I dealt with a reseller and then clearview for collection due to Brexit etc etc. Overall I am so impressed with the quality but also the effort Tai from Clearview went to pack the greenhouse for shipment. They made a custom built pallet and everything that I needed was included. DPC, Silicone, Screws, Paint brush, pot of paint - the full package was neatly packed and delivered with all glass intact. I thought some of the reviews was a bit harsh but if anyone is looking for a full time person to sit by the phones 24 x 7 this will only increase the price of your greenhouse (buy from Amazon then). Every email had a response and I thought the customer service was excellent and I saved a fortune circa 6k on a similar greenhouse. Also just make sure you get a sample of the colour before ordering as what a thought it would be like was quite different when samples arrived. As we were putting this up ourselves I had a support person on standby to assist from Clearview. (BTW did not need to ring him). Also since wood prices have gone crazy recently - Clearview and the reseller still honoured the original prices. I would like to thank the re-seller, Tai and Clearview for a fabulous greenhouse. Ash

Derrick and Lee installed my new Greenhouse this week and they both did a fantastic job. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with the Greenhouse and would recommend Clearview Garden Buildings as their service from start to finish has been excellent.

The customer service I received from Clearview was the worst I have ever had. They are uncommunicative borderline rude. My door wouldn’t close at all at first and I was told the wood had warped, after 2 weeks! One of the fitters finally came back today (with no notice despite being promised notice, luckily I was in) after I have been waiting for at least a month and has moved the hinge as it was in the wrong position. At a distance my greenhouse looks lovely . Close up the workmanship is shoddy, screws in holes that are too large, bits of paint missing, the door doesn’t fit very well as there is a gap. I felt sorry for the fitters, they were on the second greenhouse by 10am having travelled 25 miles to me. They are obviously on tight targets and had no time to give the extra care and attention a supposedly quality product needs. All in all I would suggest future customers go elsewhere to help Clearview appreciate that quality and excellent customer service are what attracts and retains customers. By the way, this is the first negative review I have ever written so not something I take lightly .
