Customer service diabolical.
Been on the phone for 15 minutes, been cut off twice. Was in position 1 for ages got cut off rang back immediately and was then in position two.
I am ringing to find out about a missing parcel which they have not contacted me about.
My order has now taken nearly 2 weeks and there is no sign of it being delivered yet!!!!!!

Their own brand products are superb, and I am introducing more and more into my store. I think that the bad reviews are from external websites that CLF have no control over..
