Received my David Bowie Sound and Vision preorder and other items. When I saw the flimsy packaging all mashed up I knew it didn't make the trip in one piece. When I opened it, all the corners were bent, and the limited framed disc was smashed, and appears to be scratched up from the shards of glass. My one star is a result of the complete lack of empathy and customer service.If the package had been in a proper box with protective corners etc I wouldn't have faulted the company for damages, however this fragile item was shipped in flimsy wrap around paper and some bubble wrap. I contacted customer service, and after waiting several weeks, was sent a soul less copy and paste email of their terms " All Coda phonograms are packaged in Industry standard packaging and shipped to you tracked by highly reputable freight companies such as Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, DHL and so forth. All phonograms are inspected prior to despatch.

b) Please note it is a condition of sale that Coda is not liable for any damage which occurs in transit. Coda does everything possible to mitigate against damage in transit. Once the goods have been inspected, packed and assigned to a reputable shipper Coda is deemed to have fulfilled the contract with you.

If you do not wish to assume the risk and liability that damage to phonograms may occur in transit. DO NOT PURCHASE from this website."

Unfortunately they didn't ship it in industry standard packaging, or reasonable packaging.Regardless I won't be buying from them again and I recommend you follow the old adage "buyer beware".I saw Bowie's Sound and Vision tour and this was to be a nice collectable keepsake from a legend. Sadly it was ruined by a company not interested in pleasing it's customers.

Ordered the 10-inch double vinyl of Queen - NOTW for my Dad's birthday, and he loves it! It came very well packaged, the sleeve, splatter vinyl and the audio quality is absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be buying more from Coda in the future!

Avoid. I complained about the very poor recording of a vinyl I bought, and they refuse to refund. My complaint was raised on the day I received the item, and they took about 2 weeks and a couple of nudges to even reply.

They don't seem to be in business to please customers.

I have read some pretty negative reviews online about this company, but took a chance and bought the Black Sabbath bundle, and I'm happy to say, I have no complaints whatsoever.
The sound quality on all the albums is excellent, the album covers are great and they were well packaged and speedily dispatched.
Will more than likely be buying from these guys again.

Never ever buy from Coda Records. I bought two vinyls and I received them, completely bend because of the bad packaging. They refused to reimburse me saying that they were playable. They're talking about collectibles. Which collector will accept that? No one.

Over the moon with my purchases!
I bought two as gifts and one for myself. The one for myself was Iron Maiden - Somewhere Back In Time. It is a double album picture disc, every side has an image on it which looks incredible. The sound quality is fantastic. The packaging was good and no damage whatsoever. Definitely recommend Coda Records.

Brought 3 10” lps from these guys the the were packed loose in a 12” mailer and were warped and unplayable when I contacted them to sort it out a got positive response at first then nothing, no replies to messages nothing. When I put in a paypal dispute they dragged it out so long the date for a refund passed!!! They sell shonky pressings and have terrible customer service, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Stay well away!

Purchased the Metallica justice for all 10 inch vinyl. Very disappointed. I have seen Metallica 4 times on stage and the sound quality was far better than on this vinyl. Complete waste of money.
