I've always bought mattresses from here never had a problem and always managed to buy them at a fraction of retail cost. Those who don't understand the type of shop this is will leave a bad review.

Without a doubt the WORST place I’ve ever wasted money at.

The worst product I’ve ever bought and most certainly the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Firstly the quality is atrocious. Wife works days, I work nights so 5/7 nights just a single person in bed. The mattress lasted around about 12 months before it failed.

We approached the company after just over 12 months and was told we would most definitely get a replacement even though the 12 month guarantee had run out as the mattress was clearly faulty.

We took photos and sent them, again was told yes it’s clearly faulty etc. Nobody ever inspected it. Nobody from this point on did anything in fact!

We waited a further 10 weeks, struggling with back pain until we finally got an ex display model delivered as a ‘goodwill gesture’ after we threatened small claims court.

As it is we never took them as we don’t want a replacement mattress from this place as they are such poor quality. The ex display mattress lasted only 5 weeks and now we had to go and buy another one.

Think twice before you spend your money on poor quality goods which will not last because you will have no customer service to help you if there is a problem.

We have had very helpful pleasant service from all staff in the shop. We have bought several mattresses and memory foam toppers which have been excellent quality and very good value. We don't hesitate to recommend.

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful in any way they can be I personally think that this place is the best place to buy any size mattress and have bought several mattresses from here and occasionally they will make a mattress to your measurements and they can even make mattresses that conforms to the general standards that care homes ask for
