My wife and I engaged Paul in providing us with an Electronic Front Gate and Railings between wall pillars when we got our front wall replaced.
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Paul. He has always been very patient, particularly given the number of times that we changed the design of the gate. He would listen carefully to all of our questions and attempt to answer them as well as he could. He was always pleasant and never got irritated by our almost obsessive attention to detail.
We are very happy with how things have turned out. The gates and railings went in about 6 months ago. They were to our specifications and demonstrate skilled workmanship. We have had lots of really nice comments from neighbours and passers-by.
The motor for the gate and the intercom were installed by Tam the electrician who was also a pleasure to work with.
We did develop a slight issue with the gate after a couple of months. Paul sorted it out the same day that we told him and everything has been fine since.
I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and I happily use his services again.

I’d highly recommend Paul. Fast response to messages. Clear communication. A full explanation of the product and how it will be installed.
Make no mistake the gates Paul manufactured (to my specific design), and installed are not cheap.
But they are great quality. They will last decades. They look great and are very secure.
I heard about Paul after seeing my brother’s gates that he’d installed.

Fantastic job from start to finish. Paul kept us updated on each stage of the production process. As soon as the gates were ready he arranged a date for fitting. Paul and Ellis then fitted the gates in a day. They also left no mess at all. Would highly recommend.
