After an internet search of a trolley to help the ladies in my team manoeuvre gas cannisters I settled on Connor Innovations. I knew the "hook" concept looked like the solution for us on site at our petrol forecourt but took to the phone for advice. Ron listened to my issues and recommended the best trolley for the job. After consideration he touched base again with a "better for us" solution. Item received the next day as promised and was put to immediate use! A game changer onsite.

Product is very good quality and easy to distribute gas bottles around my site, however after service is not the same. I noticed a grease nipple on one wheel was missing. On contacting CI, Ron became stressed and argumentative stating their wheels weren't supplied with nipples, mine had one and the other was missing. My point is he's rude, doesn't know his product and hung up. Ignorant customer service

After a perusing the website, a quick late afternoon phone call ensued. I was instantly greeted by a friendly response from owner Ron. He obviously knows his own products intimately; and so followed some sound advice on choosing a Beer Cask/Keg trolley from their extensive range, that best suited the needs of our small micropub. Arriving within 2 days as promised, we (being the Horse & Dove Micropub) are delighted with the build quality and ease of use of our newly acquired 9-11 gallon trolley.
