Once again, I would like to extend my sincere thanks, gratitude and appreciation to all the staff at the Iraqi Consulate in Manchester except for the receptionist who was trying to obstruct the processing of the application on the day, the 16th of December. (This was exactly the opposite of the receptionist I met on my first visit to the Consulate on September 30th of this year). They facilitated the correction of some simple errors that occurred in the agency transaction. They were due to my failure to review it, despite the fact that the responsible employee asked me to review it twice. My greetings to everyone at the Consulate and I wish them a new year full of all goodness and happiness.

Can any one pick up a call? You not working for free its 4 hrs per day and none of you can pick a phone call, Can feel the cirraption in Iraq even here.
