They provide good systems, which help with business efficiencies, which is exactly what we need as remote operators. One of the reasons I chose Control Group was their expertise, and especially as it related to Fire Alarms and fire safety. There were some minor issues at the start, but they very quickly addressed them. They put the customer first, and they are very accommodating. At times individuals went out of their way to try and speed up the project. Their quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend them.
