Pop in here the other day when I was walking along and needed a drink, on a hot day. Found it by accident but ideal shop I guess, entrance via driving a bit tricky due to the design, something to look at for the future. Easy to follow floor plan and can still get nectar card points. They could use more self check out stations too, get the checkout process a bit quicker

Local convenience/food store. Useful for all you need, quick items for that days' meals or a little advance shopping.
Adaption for Covid safety/separation screens where needed.

Useful location, reasonable opening hours, for the early morning shop on the way to work or the last minute dash for a meal on the way home, after a busy day.

Known locally as the 'Queue-Up'. Shocking queues, particularly at lunch time when 1 or 2 tills only are manned until the queue stretches right down the aisle. Only then will they ring a bell for extra staff. I assume this is because the staff are on their lunch break, which in one respect I can understand. But I suspect when they were originally offered the job they knew it would involve working during busier times.

The last few days my 80 year old wife shopped at your store, sadly I am housebound. The staff couldn't have been more helpful even going out back to find her some toilet rolls and helped her at the automatic check out. Thank you.
