Isles to narrow. Shop way too small for the rapidly increasing population. Parking limited and rarely get parked.

Great for locals who only need to walk to it, but driving to the store and then having to get up close and personal with other shoppers don’t exactly fill me with excitement.

Staff are lovely, the store uses compostable plastic bags which is great. Good range of products. Parking in the area isn't great and aisles are very narrow but overall a good store.

I have just rung the Caddington store to enquire if they do home deliveries,which I now know they don't.The reason is that my sister-in-law who is house bound needed some bread, (I live in Northampton so unable to help on this occasion) I spoke to a lovely lady called Debbie who is going above and beyond her duties to deliver some bread to her. I know people are to quick to complain having been in retail all my working life so I needed to praise this lady and thank her for her kindness.

premium prices compared to the Farley Hill store. range is more up market but it's cramped. all the time in the store you have to dodge other shoppers. I pity any one disabled using the store.
