Been there, I think twice now, became a member and now, I will be shopping here, and other such places. It has a decent amount of gluten free food, and it doesn't always have to say it's gluten free to be such.
Decent range of food and drinks.

Placed an order through Uber Eats on 12/02/23, my shopping was delivered with 4 items missing worth at least £10. I phoned the delivery driver, who said that he can't do anything and that I would need to contact the store. Contacted the store and was told they didn't have the items available and 'forgot' to deduct it from the order, and they couldn't offer a refund because I bought through UE. Was promised a call-back from management next day but it never came - very poor customer service. I was too mentally & physically busy to chase this so have accepted the monetary loss, but will never use this Co Op or UE again. Suggest they train their staff properly to use this system before taking orders they cannot fulfil.

Good, consistant, quality Groceries and all they can fit into a local store, Frozen Foods, Alcohol, News Papers, Batteries, Celebration Cards and handy Gift Cards (I noticed recently they have a Co-operative Gift Card), so if Mum likes Co-op, get a gift card!

Went for late shopping, see staff on the floor as soon as I finished my shopping went to the counter no one was there waited ten minutes before I started knocking on the doors then the woman opened the door stuffed face saying her colleague dropped all the milk....... so shes got her mouth full, can understand working long hours there but should have at least 1 member of staff on floor.
