I visited the Co-op on Monday Evening and could not find what I was looking for, I asked a young girl on the shop floor if she could help me find the item, she stopped what she was doing and spoke to me in a very polite manner asking how I was and had I had a good day, something you don't usually get from a customer service assistant, she asked me to follow her and found exactly what I required. Its people like this that deserve a gold star, that go out their way to help others. She is an asset to the Co-op Team and the company, I'm sure her name was Natalie.

Great range of products. Staff seem friendly and helpful.

Shame there prices are a little high also the car park seems to be full and sometimes find it hard to park there so I end up going elsewhere.

Friendly atmosphere with helpful and considerate staff. Excellent own brand products and offering value for money on branded goods. I like the idea that as a member you earn money rewards (useful if saved till Christmas) as well as helping local good causes. If you feel a little disappointed by the bigger supermarkets, I recommend you give it a try.

I recently found they are now on Uber Eats and I used them as there is no small order charge, no vastly pushed up prices. We ordered sweets and nibbles and was great value. I rung the store to arrange a substitute, Donna and Mark the manager couldn’t of been more helpful. Great customer service. Your both a credit to the COOP

Some staff genuinely try however, there is one older female member of staff who is never inclined to provide a good customer service which makes me avoid using this co op.

The staff are lovely and friendly. The store is very clean and we go about 8am to avoid to many people as we are pensioners. The prices are a bit more than other supermarkets but everything is fresh and we feel safer doing our shopping with the Co-op
