Only had to wait 30mins after my appointment time on this occasion.
New rules you can only press I've arrived on the transport app within + or - 15mins of your appointment time... outside of that time it's not available to select.

My car was taken here by insurance company to be categorised. I was told I would be able to buy the car back by insurance the offer given by copart was not justifiable, not only this but the car is owned by my insurance company not copart so why should copart be making up prices, I was told the price would be based off pre accident value, the category and the repair cost . I felt the buy back cost was unjustified and asked for an explanation on how this cost was calculated,I then recieve a phone call saying the price is what they expect the car to reach at auction nothing to do with the 3factors they previously told me, this company don't seem to have a clue, and I genuinly feel that they have manipulated my situation to try and get as much money as possible out of me, the figures genuinly don't add up and hastings should look into copart as copart working under hastings are casting shadows over the good dealings I have had with hastings over this claim .
Overall I dont trust copart at all.

I wouldn't touch this lot with a bargepole. They attempted to relieve me of a perfectly repairable car with light cosmetic damage in conjunction with my insurance company at the time. They fabricated a repair estimate without seeing the car which included structural components amounting to over £3500 so it was written off.
The actual damage was a dented bumper and broken light cluster which I'd supplied a quote for £1500 for. After a protracted fight my insurance company admitted that my quote had been removed and replaced with the inflated Copart one. Fraud basically. They authorised the repair and paid me compensation.
Question everything and DO NOT let them touch you car if you have any doubts. They are very crafty with what they tell you and how they word things. Whatever you do, find a local reputable local body shop and get your own quote.

Purchased a car which was advertised as run and drive with primary damage to it's side, which was perfect?
Secondary damage was described as all over wear.
Car arrived, no side damage and wear was minimal all over.
Unfortunately the description failed to describe the car needs a new engine at a cost of £7000 minimum!
Vehicle's in this condition can only normally be purchased by breaker companies, or at least are described as mechanical/engine issue.
Complaint's department explained that their staff try to describe the vehicle as best they can
Obviously this one was hidden behind a false description in order to maximise it's price.
Make sure you factor in at least enough money to replace the engine when bidding on any co part vehicles.
You've been warned!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING, POOR SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH.
Purchased a car paid for delivery via Copart, Vehicle arrived missing the front end, although advert shows complete vehicle, this has been stolen either by Copart Sandy or the transport Firm, the whole process for delivery took over 24 days! Copart refuse to supply the missing parts even though their website states this, only offering a “buyback” service as it is easier for them, taking into account customer relations & drivers wage and transport fees it’s quite clear the complaints department are not running the department efficiently, this is not an option for myself as I had already purchased the relevant parts as per the sale images. You cannot expect someone to return a car (buyback) without the same happening on its way back to the depot then waiting another 24 days for a refund.
I would suggest Copart at Sandy is no where near how it should be run, i have purchased from Copart Chester in the past and that is by far run better than here.
After my issue I have decided to close my account and go to another salvage company.
VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

No respect for customers. been sat outside for an hour waiting for the car to be brought over, i arrived on time and by the end of the scheduled booking time i thought to remind the guy at the entrance that am still waiting for my car, turns out they had a shift change and the new guy did not know i was waiting for the car? Car got brought over missing a number plate and it doesn’t even turn on when it was clearly advertised as starts/running. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

I recently purchased a vehicle from Copart, advertised as "Run and Drive." Upon collection, the car failed to start without assistance and did not move forward or backward under its own power. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Copart has been unhelpful and continues to charge me storage fees for a vehicle that was misrepresented. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Copart to anyone.

Copart has scammed me out of £4500 sold me a van with a blown engine sold as runs and drives condition!!
It's still sat in Sandy's yard now as in their terms and conditions it states once it leaves copart it's sold "as is" and they are refusing to give me my money back!!
I went to collect the van and heard the engine was blown went straight in to the office and was told I had to email complaints department, 1 week later I got a reply saying they would not give me my money back and if I wanted to sell it through them instead it could now say it has mechanical issues!!!!! It's the same van you sold me and has not moved.
Absolutely unfair and false advertising!!
I have raised this with trading standards so please avoid and don't trust them!!!
