After some good experiences with Sam and Glenn there seems to be a problem with no emails being answered and no telphone contact available . This is my last chance in seeing if I can get a response to my concerns before cancelling my order ref MW26TJ10351629.

Order not delivered. Company even provided proof from Royal Mail that items not delivered after 2 weeks yet repeatedly ignored requests for refund. Have had to request recovery of funds through Cardholder .UPDATE only refunded partially. I have had to contact again to request the balance. Clearly not a supplier to trust

Very unprofessional.
hard to get in contact with.
Take your money and send the wrong product.

I ordered bearings and received the wrong ones. Instead of emailing me to say they don’t have the size I needed they sent me incorrectly sized bearings anyways and I have sent numerous emails looking for any sort of explanation or update and I get no response. They sent me a one sentence reply to one of my emails that did not offer any sort of explanations and did not make any sense.

I know they received my email as they have removed the item I have ordered from their website.

After reading more recent reviews it looks like I am not the only one who has trouble getting ahold of these guys.

I am going to have to go through VISA for a refund on this. While it was only about 25 dollars it isn’t about the money at this point. It is the principal. I have given several opportunities for them to make this right and more than enough time. At the time of this review it has been over a month since my first email outlining a problem with my delivery.

Extremely disappointing.

If you are looking for any specialty items I would not recommend this business.

I tried everywhere for 1mmx5mm for planking, CMB were the only place I located it. I ordered and paid for it and received it within 3 working days. Brilliant service, will definitely use them again ?

Disappointing to say the least. I ordered various Tamiya items on 25 April but haven’t received them. I have emailed the address on the invoice a number of times no reply. I’ve telephoned and left voicemail messages but no response. I hope someone there reads this and I get my products or a refund asap

Phoned yesterday to order a model for my husband's birthday, the gentleman who took my order was very polite and helpful, I am very hard of hearing but he was so patient with me so thank you, my order arrived today, package was so well wrapped, very surprised how quickly it arrived, would recommend this company very happy with my experience with ordering and delivering

Ordered a Belissima Kit on Friday, After the weekend, proprietor rang me at 9.30am Monday morning to say it was on its way and it came on Tuesday at 10am - Cornwall to here in East Lancashire is 300 miles so you can't beat that for service-
It was also 30quid cheaper than up here in the North.
Really plrased and will deal with this company again. Well done and many thanks. Harry Pickles.
