I stopped by here with a friend who is a member. Parking cool and fuel prices are not bad. I struggled to look for deals and had to use a calculator to compare prices based on volume or per piece, lol. In quite a few instances, these items were cheaper in regular stores.
A few bargains, not enough to justify my signing up as a member.
Would I come here again, maybe but the same way as I did today, not as a customer, but accompanying a member who is making purchases...

Big warehouse type members only shopping loads off stuff some cheaper than supermarkets but lots off stuff not, lots off things are sold in bulk apart from big things like electronics
Big fresh meat,fresh fruit , fresh pre cooked ,fresh bakery sections so there is a lot to waste your money on ?
Cafe is good and cheap option for a quick bite afterwards and their petrol forecourt is cheaper than most big chain petrol and supermarkets stations

Great store, we only purchase certain items where we know we are making savings compared to regular supermarkets. Make sure you are to make some calculations.

So be prepared for it to be busy, we visited yesterday and it was bedlam on a Sunday morning.

Brilliant ..especially now with the Xmas decorations up...ive bought Disney lantern...snow scene merry go round and lights..spent £369...well worth it..they will last forever

Not as many bargains available but there is a good range of items available and the customer service is good. Toilets are clean. Nice, wide parking spaces. Fuel is normally cheaper than supermarkets.

I wold expect little bit lower prices if people need to have a paid membership, as you need to look really hard to find a good deal, as many similar stuff could be found cheaper in other shops. Oh yeah, hot dogs are £1.50, it's all worth it now.

Here's a little suggestion.

When ordering a personalised cake, why do you not check people's confirmations for each cake at the tills?

The way the cakes are just left out isn't the right way either as they should have doors on the fridge and access only from your staff.

To have someone take a personalised cake is complete bonkers and if wasn't for us being organised and collecting the day before the party we would have been left without a cake for a 9 year olds birthday. Your cake makers pulled you out of the sh!t by getting one ready for 12pm today.

What makes it worse is the fact we where told "that's the 5th one today".

Safe to say you don't care about the customer experience and this is beyond a joke how people can walk out with a cake that don't belong to them and you have no checks in place. Yet you have someone with a felt tip checking receipts but can't ask for a confirmation at the tills.

Not exactly rocket science is it?
